Join us for classes from 9-10am before the mall opens. A determination will be made each morning at 7:30am and the schedule on the website will be updated accordingly. Park in the West Garage (near P.F. Changs) and come right up the J Elevator bank to Retail Level 3 (Near Crate & Barrel).

Please remember to arrive 10 minutes prior to start time!

If we get a random nice day, we will head back outside to Kensico Dam on these days from 9:30-10:30am. The website will be updated by 7:30am.

Stroller Strides is a 60 minute, full-body conditioning workout that gets mamas on the move with strength and cardio intervals perfectly suited to the mom’s individual needs and desires. It is a stroller-based workout that incorporates exercise bands, the environment and fun with baby to create a unique workout experience. Stroller Strides helps mama prioritize self-care and build her strength in motherhood.

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!

Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

Body Boost is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to challenge, empower and energize you. Combining cardio, strength training, core work and meditation, this total body workout will boost your physical and mental well being.
